DOUBIA AND HIGH GASTRONOMY AT MAVRI THALASSA RESTAURANT!

An evening full of unique flavors, enjoyment and sparkling natural mineral water DOUBIA was experienced by a multitude of guests, journalists and people of the city’s gastronomic scene, on Wednesday, May 31st at the Black Sea-Mavri Thalasa restaurant.
This was the second event in a row, this time in Thessaloniki.

The event opened with a welcome address by Dimitris Gouravas, consultant of Doubia, which has recently relaunched the historic brand from the source of Agioi Apostoloi, near the village of Doubia, in Chalkidiki.

Afterwards, guests attended a presentation of the new image of DOUBIA and a high quality master class by the first Greek certified water sommelier, Giannis Korovesis, who highlighted the importance of a high quality sparkling water in a menu of similar quality.

The most enjoyable moment of the event, however, was when the glasses were filled with DOUBIA sparkling natural mineral water and its soft bubbles prepared our palate to enjoy the special creations of the Black Sea-Mavri Thalassa Kitchen menu.
